Dr. James Spencer is an organizational and human resource consultant with over 20 years of experience.  He specializes in managing organizational change and is an expert in Executive Coaching and Leadership Development.
 
   Dr. Spencer's main focus has been helping organizations create more inclusive work environments that maximize the human potential of all employees.  Dr. Spencer has helped over 100 organizations with their diversity and sexual harassment policies and initiatives.  He has trained thousands of employees to enable them to create work environments that are free from discrimination and sexual harassment.  In addition he has extensive experience in helping organizations in their diversity recruiting efforts.

          Dr. Spencer:

Prior to establishing, James Spencer and Associates, Dr. Spencer built his reputation as a Psychological Clinician and as a Human Resources expert with seven years of internal experience at the Director level.

Dr. Spencer has a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Boston College, a M.Ed. in Counseling from Northeastern University and a B.A. in Psychology from Wilberforce University. Dr. Spencer is an advisory Board member of  The Family Center, board member of CitySkills Inc. and the Wheelock Family Theater.
